the room was new-fashioned and recently refurbished, had a mini bar, satellite television and climate control. the staff were exceptionally nice and absolutely kind and the facilities were clean. location: the hotel was adjacent to wonderful sarajevo and shopping malls. konyali ahmet usta, where you can eat outstanding food, was set 5 minutes walk away.

My double room had an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioning. the location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk to a landmark wooden fountain. - the traditional restaurant served local food with efficient service.

The hotel is immaculately clean with exceptionally nice staff and an amazing view over the old town and mountains. the room was large, newly renovated, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom. the atmosphere is quiet, and the decor is modern. the location is incredible, near the Latin bridge, tour group meeting point, markets, historical areas, restaurants. It is also within walking distance to a landmark wooden fountain. This hotel is the property of choice in Sarajevo.

The breakfast was large and varied with gluten-free options and delicious local dishes. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection. the room was modern and comfortable, with a balcony offering a superb view. the kettle in the room was a nice touch that we appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant! The check-in process was excellent, and even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived early, they quickly made it available within an hour. The rooms were large and recently renovated, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of options to choose from. One of the best aspects was the central location, as it was within walking distance of most attractions in town.

While there were many positives, there were a couple of downsides as well. One of the main drawbacks was the lack of amenities such as a gym or pool.
